There are a lot of reasons why I love engagement sessions, being able to spend some quality time with my couple is definitely one of my favorites. I had the best time out on this beautiful piece of land with Lydia, Jake and their four legged kids (Cricket, Dealer, Eva and Angie). I rode out with Lydia and it just melted my heart to hear the way she was talking about Jake. Growing up, she knew she wanted a cowboy but she didn’t expect she would find such a supportive and sweetheart as well. She told me during a recent modeling session, Jake was there the whole time making sure her hair was just right and giving out compliments the whole time to keep her smile bright. I just love that! It didn’t take me long to realize how in love these two are and I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am for their big day! So happy for Jake and Lydia, they couldn’t be more perfect for each other!

I absolutely hate snakes and apparently when we were walking to another location. My foot was right next to this guy! Eeek! Thank you again Jake! lol
